LOUIS, April 25, 2011 – In anticipation of the Komen Race, Vakkár hair salon will offer a complimentary haircut and style to any breast cancer patient or survivor, along with styling tips on how to manage hair during and after chemotherapy. This special offer will be available on Monday, May 9th; Monday, May 16th and Monday, May 23rd by appointment only. Vakkár is located at 9912 Clayton Road in Ladue. Vakkár will accept appointments between 10am-2:30pm. The free event is open exclusively to breast cancer patients and survivors.
